What is Vedic Sahelis?
Vedic Sahelis is a social group for women over the age of 16 yrs.
We have about 60 members at present.

Vedic Sahelis was started three years ago as a platform for the Hindu women to meet and engage in creative and fun activities and to assist the temple committee in all its activity.

The activities are selected by the members democratically and one of the members takes lead in organising it. There is a steering group which initiates, plans and executes many of the activities. All members are encouraged to come up with ideas and take lead in organising them. Where possible we use the talents of the member to conduct the workshops.

When does Vedic Sahelis meet?
We meet on the last Wednesday of every month at 7.45pm in the Vedic Society Community Hall. Please note that all meetings or classes will take place on the last Wednesday of every month unless advised otherwise.
